Just as a refresher, I will go over the basics again for protein consumption. At least one serving of protein should be consumed in every meal. Lunch and dinner need two servings of protein each while a snack should have one serving. Protein powder is a really easy way to get protein into your diet. Frankly, I found Shaklee to be a well founded and reputable company that seems to strive for a cleaner, greener way of life. As stated by Shaklee “The real opportunity isn’t in making a better living. It’s in making living better”. With that said, I chose not to participate. Although Shaklee seems to be a solid company with a good history and their line of nutrition, home, beauty and brand name diet products are of good quality. I feel, in my opinion, it would take recruiting and mentoring too many before significant income can be achieved.
